David, We had such a great time at Splendido on Saturday night. Thanks for helping make it memorable. I knew you could cook but wow I never knew food could even taste that good. It was memorable. The plum sorbet was beyond words ( could I have a pint for my birthday please?!).

I don't know if this is true for all guests, but I left feeling like a movie star. The service you have is astounding., some of the staff must be mind readers. I was not going to have any red wine as I was the DD. Carlos suggested a small glass, and when I was done it, he removed it, instead of filling it again, as I guess he remembered I was the DD.

Thanks for the best dining experience I have ever had.
