Thank you very much for a most enjoyable evening. The tasting menu was excellent and compliments to Carlo for a well matched wine pairing. If I had to choose my favourite in the tasting menu, that would be the Foie Gras and Yorkshire Pork Belly.
I must say that Splendido is the first restaurant in Toronto whose service really measures up to my expectations. That made for a really excellent overall dining experience.
