Once again a perfect evening...
…which stretched long into the night!
Once again the brilliance of your kitchen astounds us! My Mom and Dad relived the memories of our Friday night at Splendido with us over the whole weekend: course after course of wonderous sensations, thoughtful and adventurous wine pairings, all served with a perfect blend of formality and warmth. We were all charmed by the Spendido spell.
Many, many thanks to you, your team and Yannick and Jennifer for making my Mother’s 60th such an occasion to remember.
