Dear Yannick,
With a name like Splendido, it would really have to be “splendid”, as indeed it was at our Family Affair on January 29th. Everything from start to finish was truly a Splendido experience.
Being in a service industry myself, I know the hard work it takes to provide such flawless service as we received at Splendido. I think what makes Splendido such a “splendid thing” is your ability to communicate with each client at their level, so naturally and with such grace. We were all most impressed, and me, most of all. Our thanks to all the Splendido staff who took such great care of us, and especially, to Ricardo (Rick) who was so amazing in every way. There was nothing he could not do for us individually, as well as together in a group. Last, but not least, thank you for your personal care and concern, which although discreet, was apparent. You are the quintessential host, so rate to find these days.
