Hello Yannick,

I would just like to write you a short email to tell you how impressed I was with you and your partner's restaurant. I went this past Sunday night with my mother for dinner after I had heard many great things about the restaurant. Needless to say we were very impressed. I have been to many fine restaurants in my life; El Bulli, L'Arpege, Gagniere, Bocuse, Petrossian I could go on, but the hospitality that your staff showed us was far better than any of these restaurants.

Well I mainly wanted to thank you and especially your staff for treating us so well and taking special care of us. We enjoyed every bite and especially when they brought out a VERY large assortment of desserts in my honor. Everything was delectable. My hat goes off to the chef and I look forward to taking my friends and family to your establishment very soon.
