wineries Le Clos Jordanne & Domaine de la Vougeraie.

These flagship wineries from the portfolios of
Vincor Canada and the Boisset family of Burgundy
represent the balance of
Innovation, Tradition and Uncompromising Quality.

For this Gala Event, Chef David Lee will be preparing an
enlightened tasting menu to accompany and highlight each
wine served. The evening will begin with passed Hors
d’Ouerves in our beautiful wine cellar.

From Le Clos Jordanne we will be offering wines from the
2006 Vintage.

You will have the opportunity to taste wines from the
Village Reserve, Claystone Terrace, Clos Jordanne Vineyard
and also from the Grand Clos Vineyard.

From Domaine de la Vougeraie
you can expect to taste a refreshing sparkling wine
Cremant du Bourgogne, also
Gevrey Chambertin, “Les Evocelles” &
Grand Cru Corton.
